HULKFIT 2” x 2” Power Cage, Squat Rack, Strength Training Home Gym

Our newest J Hooks are designed as a barbell holding accessory that attaches to your Power Cage or Squat Stand that features 2" x 2" upright poles with 1” mounting holes. The peg used to insert on the cage or rack is approximately 1”, which allows for a tight fit on the upright poles. It features a heavy-duty steel base that creates a sense of security when using your barbell during squat type exercises and other intense workout routines. As a bonus, these hooks have a thick layer of grip tape that reduces the risk of scratching or scraping on the steel base. This will also help to protect the knurling on the barbell itself. NOTE: This does not mean that the grip tape will not get damaged during use. It is easy to install and we recommend placing the attachments at shoulder height so you can place the barbell with minimal risk of injury. These are sold in pairs.

• Purpose - These are compatible with any power rack vertical poles measuring at 2” X 2” and have a 1” mounting hole. Add these Spotter Arms to your home gym workout equipment setup. These are designed as a spotter during solo exercise routines and it attaches to your Power Cage or Squat Stand. Please check your rack before purchasing.
• Usage - Use the Straight Spotter Arms during bench press, deadlift, or squat type exercises to properly rack your barbell while training. Slide the peg through the upright poles and turn down. Do not slam the bar. Be sure to set down with control.
